1. Introduction
A project is independent, unique and phased, in which content, duration and costs are limited (e.g., [1, 2]). Additionally, a project has always clear content-related and qualitative purposes, which have to connect directly to the strategic purposes of the organization [3]. Furthermore, Cleland and Kerzner [4] define a project as a combination of human and non-human resources together in a temporary organization trying to achieve a specified purpose. Crawford [5] states that the title of a project manager is used in different organizations and in different industry sectors with a wide range of meanings. In many organizations, changes are usually carried out as projects. In such projects, as well as project-based organizations, the efficiency of project managers is tremendouslyimportant. Therefore, project managers have to develop themselves in order to be able to respond to the increasing requirements of their jobs.
مقدمه
یک پروژه اغلب مستقل ، منحصر به فرد و به صورت مرحله ای انجام می شود و در محتوا ، مدت و هزینه ها دارای محدودیت هایی است. علاوه بر این یک پروژه معمولا اهداف مرتبط با محتوا و همچنین اهداف کیفی روشنی دارد و ارتباط مستقیمی با اهداف استراتژیک سازمان دارد. علاوه بر این ، کله لند و کرزنر پروژه را به صورت یک ترکیبی از منابع انسانی و منابع غیر انسانی در یک سازمان تعریف کردند که برای دستیابی به یک هدف خاص با یکدیگر همکاری می کنند. کراوفورد بیان کرد که یک مدیر پروژه از سازمان ها و بخش های صنعتی مختلفی برای با طیف وسیعی از محتواها استفاده می کند. در بسیاری از سازمان ها ، انجام تغییرات معمولا در قالب یک پروژه انجام می شود. در چنین پروژه هایی ، همانند سازمان ها مبتنی بر پروژه ، بهره وری مدیران پروژه فوق العاده مهم است. بنابر این ، مدیران پروژه باید خودشان را در زمینه پاسخگویی به الزامات فزاینده شغل شان توانمند کنند.
