1. Introduction
The Netherlands continues to strive to meet national targets for climate change mitigation and energy use. CO2 capture and storage is one ofthe options,thatis, seen by some as a possibility to achieve thosenationaltargets. The extentto whichthe Dutchsociety understands and supports this option is an important research question because this will define if and how CCS will be implemented in the Netherlands. This was recently demonstrated when a planned storage demonstration project was called off due to public protest (Brunsting et al., 2011), where the public made very clear that they had wanteda voice inthedebate.It couldbe arguedthat a successful energy transition strategy depends on the involvement and support of the public. The better the public understands the energy and climate change issues, the better it can contribute substantially and meaningfully to the discourse and take appropriate actions. That begs the question how much people currently understand of these issues. This study aims to increase the understanding of the public view on CO2 capture and storage (CCS) in the Netherlands.
مقدمه
نترلند تحقیق خود را بر روی تغییر آب و هوا ادامه می دهد. باعث تغییر مهاجرت و استفاده از انرژی می شود. گرفتن co و ذخیره سازی یکی از انتخاب ها می باشند که رسیدن به اهداف ملی را ممکن می سازند. تا حدی استانداردهای هلند از این نظریه حمایت کرده که سوال بسیار مهمی را در این زمینه مطرح می کند. چرا که بیان می کند که ccsکه نترلند بسیار مأنر اهمیت است. اخیراً در برنامه های ذخیره سازی نشان داده شده است که چگونگی استفاده از این پروژه مخالفت های مردمی را از نظر گذرانده در جایی که آنها صدا حتما بیان می کنند که نیاز به مذاکره دارند. می توان بحث کرد که راهیرد انتقال انرژی بستگی به درگیری و حمایت مردمی دارد.(مشارکت مردمی). استانداردهای انرژی مردمی و آب و هوای تابع را تغییر می دهند. و بهتر است که به صورت اصولی بر روی گفتمان ها و عملکردهای بهتر کار کنیم. این جا سوالی مطرح می شود که چند نفر از مردم این پیامدها را درک می کنند؟ هدف این مقاله ارتقای درک مردمی از2co و ذخیره سازی آن در نترلند می باشد.
